Prasams Ops Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Prasams Ops accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when an authorized user connects Google Ads or another supported provider.

Information we access

When a user authorizes Google Ads access, Prasams Ops may access the Google account identifier and email needed to identify the connection, customer and manager account metadata, campaigns, ad groups, advertisements, keywords, audiences, budgets, recommendations, conversion configuration, and performance reports available to that user. We also process connection status, request results, audit records, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate the connection; show the authorized user their permitted accounts and advertising data; create, inspect, update, or remove advertising resources at the user's direction; produce requested reports and diagnostics; and maintain security, reliability, and an operational audit trail.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Prasams Ops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. Information may be processed by service providers that host or secure Prasams Ops, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, Prasams, or the service. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with the user's affirmative agreement for support or security, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Storage, security, and retention

Credentials and operational data are protected with access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, and logging appropriate to their sensitivity. We retain credentials only while a connection remains active and retain operational or audit data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, contractual obligations, security, and applicable law. Retention periods may vary by record type.

Your choices and deletion

An authorized user can revoke Prasams Ops from their Google Account permissions or ask Prasams to disconnect the provider. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase data already retained for security or legal purposes. To request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion, email [email protected]. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible data, subject to required security and legal retention.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
