Prasams Ops Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Prasams Ops. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized by Prasams and agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

Authorized use

Prasams Ops is a private operational service. You must keep your credentials secure, use only accounts and resources you are authorized to manage, and follow Prasams policies and the terms of connected providers. You are responsible for reviewing requested changes and the effects of actions performed through your account.

Connected services

When you connect Google Ads or another provider, you authorize Prasams Ops to access and act on the resources allowed by the permissions you grant and the instructions you provide. Provider services remain governed by their own terms, availability, quotas, approval requirements, and account permissions.

Prohibited activity

You may not bypass access controls, access another person's data without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, use the service unlawfully, or direct actions that violate provider policies. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, users, or infrastructure.

Service operation

Prasams may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance to protect or improve the service. We work to keep Prasams Ops reliable and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-provider access at any time. Prasams may terminate access when authorization ends or these terms are violated.
